We work completely online in support of our clients by using a secure platform to which you can upload your tax documents at your convenience. We will provide your prepared tax return to you on the same secure platform, where you can download, review and sign them - all electronically and securely through DocuSign and AdobeSign.

To get started, simply call us at 706-263-1282 or email us at stacie@vieratax.com to obtain an estimate for our services, a client agreement and a secure link to begin uploading your tax documents. If you prefer to mail us copies of your tax documents, we also provide for this service. Simply let us know and we will provide the mailing address to you.

Owner-Tax Consultant, IRS Enrolled Agent

Stacie Gosnell, EA is the Principal Tax Specialist and owner of Viera Tax Consulting. Stacie served as the Tax Manager for a flight school in West Lafayette, Indiana where she gained expertise in business tax matters and in working with the Internal Revenue Service and several state Departments of Revenue. Stacie has worked with tax attorneys, served as an internal consultant to Digital Equipment Corporation in Boston and owned and operated a consulting firm, servicing the needs of major corporations in the Great Lakes area.


Stacie is a member of The National Society of Accountants and has served on the Executive Committee of the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents (FSEA), an affiliate of the National Association of Enrolled Agents. She also served on the FSEA Space Coast Chapter Board of Directors and as the Continuing Education Representative for the Chapter. Licensed by the IRS as an Enrolled Agent tax specialist, she maintains continuing professional education that exceeds the IRS' requirements and adheres to a code of ethics as outlined in the Department of Treasury Regulations. Stacie is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and earned a Master of Science degree from Tufts University in Boston. She also holds a Master of Divinity degree and has experience preparing clergy tax returns.


Stacie believes strongly in educating clients about the tax law and how it applies to their situation. For years, Stacie has been a volunteer for the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program in which tax assistance is provided without cost to the disabled, the elderly and those with low incomes.

Terry Horner, EA

Tax Advisor, Enrolled Agent

Terry Horner, EA is an Enrolled Agent Tax Specialist with Viera Tax Consulting. Terry has over 15 years of experience with the United States Air Force Financial Management Offices, having served in leadership and management accounting positions at several Bases. While at the Budget Operations Branch, Terry was directly responsible for the timely and proper financial management, accounting and control of multi-year, multi-million dollar budget appropriations. He has worked with local and federal agencies to ensure accounting and regulatory compliance and has experience in planning, forecasting and administrating budgets, coordinating audits and in utilizing financial analysis tools to create accounting efficiencies.


Terry has extensive experience preparing tax returns for Military Active Duty, Military Retirees and DoD Civilians and self-employed small business owners. He has advanced knowledge of the tax benefits available to military and other specialized groups. Terry is always eager to combine his professional accounting knowledge with his passion for the tax code to identify tax savings opportunities for individual and small business clients.


Terry holds degrees in both Business Administration and Accounting and proudly served as an officer in the United States Air Force from which he recently retired as a Captain. He is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents. He is also licensed by the IRS as an Enrolled Agent tax specialist and maintains continuing professional education that exceeds the IRS' requirements and adheres to a code of ethics outlined in the Department of Treasury Regulations.


Terry is passionate about helping clients with tax matters, including preparation, planning and representing clients before the IRS. He is also an active IRS Volunteer in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program and has been for years, providing tax assistance to the low income and disabled communities.
